GREENVILLE, NC— ECU fans have showcased their pirate pride time and time again. With the help of Freeboot Friday, the day before home football games will be no different.

Uptown Greenville’s signature fall event attracts thousands of pirate lovers to the heart of Pirate Nation. The series provides an array of offerings including live music, beer and wine garden, kid’s activities, and food offerings onsite. The free event, presented by Wells Fargo, is open to fans, alumni, and students kicking off September 10, 2021 at 5:30pm in the Five Points Plaza.

Freeboot Friday is opening the season with The Dundies, a highly acclaimed four-piece band that features music from classic rock to today’s hits.

Uptown Greenville is pleased to announce that it will offer the Sup Dogs Game Day Shuttle services from the Uptown district to Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium. The shuttle will run three hours prior, during, and two hours post game for each home game, including Thursday game days. Shuttle route information can be found here.  While supporting Uptown businesses is encouraged, tailgating is prohibited in the municipal parking lots.
