GREENVILLE, N.C.— Pirate fans have showcased their school pride time and time again. With the help of the Official Pep Rally of home football games, Freeboot Friday, Pirate fans are sure to set the tone in the East for the second home game. This free event is open to all ECU students, alumni, and fans thanks to the generous support of Wells Fargo, the presenting sponsor for 20 years!

Reboot Freeboot with Irresistible Groove, a highly acclaimed live event band who has graced NC with entertaining music for years. Featuring a horn section, full rhythm section, and vocals, members of the band have played for famous artists such as James Brown and Parliament-Funkadelic. They provide the mood, the music, and the atmosphere perfect for dancing the night away.

The event features appearances from Head ECU Football Coach Mike Houston and a performance by the North Carolina Academy of Dance Arts entitled “Carolina on the Rise”. Join us Friday, September 20, 2019 at 5:30pm at the Five Points Plaza.
