GREENVILLE, N.C. —A 12-unit luxury townhome development is slated for construction at the corner of Dickinson Avenue and Reade Circle in Uptown Greenville.
Avenue Townes is the latest Uptown undertaking for Taft Family Ventures, a national real estate development firm headquartered in Greenville, NC. The development will include 12 brownstone-style architecture townhomes, with attached two car private garages, elevators in select units, chef-inspired kitchens, and rooftop decks with city views.
“While demand for inventory in Uptown Greenville continues to rise, the variety of options available tends to target one type of resident,” said Dustin Mills, a Division President with Taft Family Ventures. “Introducing this luxury offering to the market with its size, location and hard to find amenities like private garages and rooftop deck space will attract empty nesters and buyers looking for spacious downtown living without losing the comforts offered in the suburbs.”
MHA Works, an award-winning commercial architecture firm, will serve as the architect on the project. They are most known for their adaptive reuse project, The Historic Blount Harvey Building located on S. Evans Street.
“Avenue Townes will bring a new type of urban living and diversity of product choice to Greenville,” Mills said. “The townhomes are in walking distance to restaurants, retail, and cultured events in an area with a walk score of 81- the highest in the city.”
Listing price for the townhouses has not been determined. For those interested in more information, pre-sale options will open in the Spring of 2019.
