A celebration of history, local arts, and pirate entertainment! 

GREENVILLE, NC –Swashbucklers of all ages will converge on the banks of the Tar River, a paradise located in Uptown Greenville, for the 13th annual PirateFest on April 12th and 13th, 2019.

Returning this year, pirates of all ages will enjoy two days of spinning fun at the carnival at Five Points Plaza! PirateFest kicks off Friday, April 12th from 5 to 9 pm with Buccaneer Bash, a live music concert and wristband night at the carnival. On Saturday, April 13th, PirateFest begins at 11am with the Parade of Pirates. The celebration takes place along Evans St. from 5th to 1st Street and on the Town Common in Uptown Greenville.

PirateFest features fine arts and crafts for sale, two live music stages, pirate grog, pirate reenactments, a children’s pirate costume contest, and a Pirate Encampment offering crafts, inflatables for children, and other activities. Also, don’t miss out on food and entertainment from around the world.
