GREENVILLE, N.C.–PirateFest will return for its 12th annual festival this spring with music braiding
everything from international roots to American rock.

The festival will take place on April 13th and 14th at Uptown Greenville’s riverfront park, the Town
Common. Multi-platinum American rock band Plain White T’s will headline the main stage on Saturday,
April 14th at 5 pm. More festival acts will be announced later.
Over the last two decades, the quintet has become a global success. Delivering thousands of shows, a string
of multi-platinum hit singles, “Rhythm of Love,” “1, 2, 3, 4,” and one of the most downloaded songs of all
time: GRAMMY-nominated “Hey There Delilah.” The Hollywood Records mega-hit single reached No.1 on
the Billboard Hot 100 in July 2007.

In total, the band has released seven full-length studio albums, creating epic rock songs and acoustic-
leaning ballads that have lead them to become one of the most praised bands in American rock. Plain

White T’s recently released a brand-new single titled “Land of the Living.” The band is currently in the
studio to record their new album, slated to release in early 2018.
